But now, that feature has evolved into something much more personal. This update introduces a new way to commit to what matters most, reflect on how you’re feeling, and track the impact of your training over time.
Whether you’re working to improve your focus, manage stress, or simply feel more balanced day to day, you’ll now be able to see how your brain training is supporting your mental well-being—clearly, consistently, and on your own terms.
Smarter Goals, Backed by Science
We’ve expanded and improved the goals feature to give you more flexibility, clarity, and insight. When you open the app, you’ll be invited to choose the area you want to focus on right now.
You can still benefit across many aspects of mental well-being, but setting one clear goal helps shape your journey—and enables you to track your progress more intentionally with short, scientifically backed tools designed to support reflection over time.
And if your needs change, your goal can too. You’re always in control.

Build a Habit of Reflection
With this update, your goal is no longer just something you select—it’s something you revisit. Every few weeks, Mendi will invite you to check in with yourself. These check-ins take just a couple of minutes and offer a simple but meaningful way to measure how things are evolving as you continue to train.
Through a short, research-backed progress tool, you’ll take a moment to reflect on how you’ve been feeling in the area you’re working on. This isn’t a test, and it’s not about performance. It’s about creating a habit of awareness—and staying connected to your goal. These check-ins take just a couple of minutes and offer a simple but meaningful way to measure how things are evolving as you continue to train.

Your Progress, Visualized
Once you’ve completed your first check-in, your results will appear in the Profile tab,
giving you a snapshot of where you are now, and a growing visual of where you’ve
been.
You'll see:
- Your most recent result
- The date of your last check-in
- A gentle prompt when it’s time to check in again
Mendi will remind you every 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on your preference.
From your full progress view, you’ll be able to scroll through past results, spot patterns, andeven export your data if you’d like to keep it or share it.
It’s a space designed to reflect your experience—one you can return to any time.
